Youth Archery

Youth meet for 6 sessions starting in January.  Classes are designed to teach about basics of archery and give students that are ready for the challenge the opportunity to shoot a 300 round as an advanced archer. Classes meet on Saturdays and run for 6 weeks.  See Calendar of Events for specific dates and times.  
​Youth Archery classes are open to the public.

 

Beginning Archery Class - ages 7-17

This class will allow youth an opportunity to experience archery first hand and focus on the basics of safety,
form and the history of archery.

Each class will run approximately 50 minutes with a maximum of 20 students.  
Class times are 9am and 10am. 
Equipment will be available for use during the class time.

Registration fee - $20

 

Advanced Archery Class - ages 7-17

This class will allow youth to compete and improve on form, safety and sportsmanship of archery. 
Previous training is recommended.

Each class will run approximately 50 minutes with a maximum of 20 students. 
Class times are 8am and 11am. 

Equipment will be available for use during the class time.

Registration fee - $30


To register for a specific time slot, simply complete and sign the registration form and mail along with a check made payable to: The Straight River Archery Club
